What the fixed price includes
- A ride from your address in Ghent or a Ghent district to Brussels Airport in Zaventem, or the other way round
- An all-in price per car, VAT included, not per person
- The price is fixed before departure, even if there's traffic on the E40
- For an estate car (1-4 passengers, large boot) or a partner van (5-8 passengers, on request)
Extra stops or waiting time are not included in the fixed fare; we discuss them in advance.
When should you book?
Ideally book at least 24 hours in advance, especially for early-morning flights. That way you're sure the car is free. Allow plenty of time: think of check-in, security and possible traffic on the E40 around Brussels. Not sure what pick-up time to choose? Ask us when you book.
Book your return ride in advance too
You can book your return ride from Brussels Airport to Ghent at the same time. Tell us your expected landing time and the number of passengers and suitcases. Plans change? Let us know as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp and we'll adjust if we can.
Taxi or train?
Trains also run from Gent-Sint-Pieters to the airport. With little luggage and during the day, that's a good option. With heavy suitcases, children, several people or at a time when no trains are running yet, a door-to-door taxi is often more convenient.
Groups and lots of luggage
Our estate car has a large boot and seats up to 4 passengers. Travelling with 5 to 8 people? We arrange a van with a partner at the fixed van fare. Availability is confirmed when you book.
